Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to be paid upfront in order to confirm your appointment timeslot. You will be sent a reminder via text and email for your appointment 48 hours before your appointment and 1 hour before your appointment.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment as we have clients who would love to take your appointment and we can easily fill these appointments. Your deposit can be transferred to your next rescheduled appointment with this notice.
However having short notice cancellations, and no shows, makes it very difficult to fill your appointment and ends up being an additional cost to us. Therefore, in respect to our wait-listed clients, and us as a small business, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the 50% deposit, regardless of the reason. No shows will incur this fee as well.
For all appointments that are made in clinic by your practitioner, deposits are due at least 3 days prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
